This soft, comfortable fabric is breathable, washable and colorfast, and manufactured in the USA. We recommend your dog should always be walked with a harness. Our collars are designed for ID tags, charms and for decoration. They are not designed for pulling dogs.

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?: The collar measurement is around the base of the neck. Please take the time to measure, these are designed for teacup and small breeds, 1 to 2 inches on a small dog can make a big difference.
