Hey there, pet pals!
Let's talk about our pawsome return policy! You have 600 days from the date of delivery to make a return, no questions asked. Whether it's because you changed your mind or got the wrong size, we've got you covered!
If your item arrives missing, damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, please bark at us within 72 hours of delivery. After that, we won't be able to help you out. For defective or damaged items, you'll need to reach out to the manufacturer directly.
Need to do an exchange, don't worry! If you need a different size, just state the size needed. Some prices on sizing change the larger the size. We're here to lend a paw!
Now, let's chat about eligibility. We can't accept anything that's been worn, altered, or has any signs of doggy wear and tear. So keep those tails wagging and the goodies in top shape!
When you're ready to make a return, don't forget to put the return authorization number (RMA #) on the outside of the package. And remember, you're responsible for the return shipping charges, so choose a courier with tracking to make sure your package gets back to us safely. USPS is usually the least expensive for clothing items.
It's important to read our item descriptions carefully and double-check your order before hitting that "buy" button. We want to make sure you get exactly what you need!
Once we receive your return, give us 3-7 business days to process it. All returns are for store credit only, and we'll send you an email with your credit code once it's ready to use.
Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, but we'll let you know before you send anything back.
Now, here's the scoop on non-returnable items: anything seasonal, holiday-themed, or on super sale is a no-go. Plus, for hygienic reasons, we can't accept returns on bedding, carriers, belly bands, panties, bikini's and made-to-order items such as Susan Lanci Designs and Preston Collars.
