Shipping & Returns

IMPORTANT:  Not all designers use the same sizing measurements. Please check each items sizing chart on the product page. Proper measurement is the surest way to avoid returns due to sizing issues. To guide you in measuring your dog and choosing the right items, we provide sizing charts for our designer brands and our custom dog clothes.  Please contact us if you need sizing assistance, we will be happy to assist you.  505-891-9244.

Placing Orders 

  • Your satisfaction with your order is a high priority to us, we want you order to fit, every item has it's own size chart that are from the designer or manufacturer.  
  • Shop our secure site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A confirmation email will be sent after your order has been placed. Tracking information will also be sent via email, to the email address on your order, when your order ships.  If you have multiple items on your order, they may be shipped in more than one package.
  •  If your purchase has to be reshipped due to insufficient address, you will be billed re-shipping fees.
  • We stock a lot of our products, but not all, this keeps our overhead low so we can pass the savings on to our customers.  We make every attempt to ship your order within 10 business days, with the exception of Susan Lanci and some beds and custom items.
  • We will ship to a different address than your billing address.  Payments are processed at the time your order is complete.  Credit card refunds can not be issued for 24 hrs due to our payment processors requirements.
  • Please note our holiday schedule.  We are closed on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving and the week in between Christmas and New Years Day for inventory. All orders placed will be still be processed.  
  • If there is an item you are looking for and it is not on the site feel free to contact us, we may be able to find it for you or something similar.

To make your shopping easier, we suggest you set up an account.  You can

  • check on your orders, current and previous,
  • send us messages,
  • add multiple shipping addresses,
  • save your payment methods,
  • check your Wish Lists. 
  • See the products your recently viewed
  • confirm your Account Settings (change your email address, phone number or password).

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the given email address from your order. This email will include your invoice and tracking information.
  • PupRwear Dog Boutique is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses given, refused shipments and/or and not limited, to lost packages. All packages are shipped, with tracking available. 
  • Your order may be delayed if we are awaiting an item so we may ship your order in its entirety. Once your package reaches its final destination, PupRwear Dog Boutique has no further responsibility. We have no control of postal or delivery services once your package leaves us and is scanned for delivery.

Returns Policy

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a store credit, Christmas returns available for 30 days. 
  • Due to strict health regulations we can not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:  Belly bands, panties, swimsuits, shoes, toys, costumes, personalized items, custom or made-to-order items, beds, blankets, carriers, car seats, bowls and feeders.  Preston collars and harnesses are also considered made-to-order. All Clearance and Bare Bone sales are final.
  • All returned clothing merchandise must be in its original packaging, complete with sizing tags, packaging materials, unworn and in pristine condition. No items will be accepted for returns/exchanges that have dog hair, slobber or smells on them. If you were unsure of sizing, we suggest you put a tee on your dog before trying it on your dog, especially with coats. This ensures our customers receive items in new and excellent condition.  Please do not spray perfume or cologne on your returns, we can not accept them.
  • We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • We suggest using USPS, Post Office, for clothing returns, they are normally the least expensive, be sure to include tracking, we are not responsible for items not received. 
  • Upon receipt, we will inspect your item to confirm that it is unused and in original product packaging. (We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or are missing tags, boxes, etc.) If we do need to send the items back, the customer will be billed for shipping expenses.
  • On all approved returns you should expect to receive your store credit within one to two weeks of receipt, however, in most cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).  You will receive a code via email with the 'code' to be used at checkout in the amount of the credit.
  • If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 24 - 48 hrs. 
  • We do not accept returns without authorization by our office, no exceptions.  All returns need an RMA number issued by PupRwear.


We can ship to many international addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Most beds and large items can not be shipped internationally.  We are not responsible for any foreign countries taxes, custom fees or any delivery fees.
