Wind Runner Pet Anorak Harnessed Raincoat | Yellow - XS-3XL
It is lightweight, waterproof, quick to put on, and works as a harness, reflective trim, built-in harness frame, detachable rain visor, and more.

HOW TO MEASURE: Chest is the circumference of dogs chest, around the largest portion, usually just behind the front legs, this is the most important measurement. If it doesn't close it doesn't fit! Next is the length. This helps to decide on the correct size if your dog is in between sizes. To measure length. Measure from the collar to the rump where the tail begins. The neck is usually not an issue unless you have a dog with a larger than normal neck. If your dog is in between sizes, it is best to go up a size.
If your dog is between sizes, please size up
If there is a discrepancy between the neck and the chest, follow the chest size.
