PLEASE take the time to measure.  

To measure the chest girth, measure around the chest, all the way around the back and back to the beginning with your dog standing.  This is the circumference of the chest.  Usually the largest portion of the chest is just behind the front legs and all the way around.

Next measure the Length, measure from the neck to the rump.  

The neck is usually not important unless your dog has an extra large neck or extra small neck.
