This garment is measured across just one side for the chest. Size SMALL chest (A) size is 12.6 inches.  Length (B) is 7.9 inches from the neck to the rump.  Neck (C) is size 8.7 inches.  THE MOST IMPORTANT measurement is the chest.  This does allow a little more so it will not be too tight.  So if your pet is 13 inches around the chest, we would suggest you order the SM unless the 8.8 (B) measurement would be too long, then choose size S.

The CHEST Girth is the 1st Most important measurement, then the length.  CHEST: Measure just behind the front legs, all the way around like you are measuring for a belt or bra.  Then the length, base of neck to rump, do not include the tail.  If your pup is still growing, take than into considerations, they do grow fast.  We recommend you measure with your pup standing.  Do forget the belly rub after.
