Your dog should be standing.  We suggest a cloth measuring tape for more accurate measuring, or use a string or ribbon and lay it on a Ruler or Yardstick.

LENGTH: Neck to Rump, do not include the tail.  The age of your dog is important also, if they are still growing, include that in your size decision. Don't forget the back rub!  Chest measurement isn't necessary for this cut.
