Please Measure before ordering, below is the size chart for THIS costume.  Not all costume sizing is the same.

With your pup standing, Start on the back, wrap the measuring tape around, under the chest and back to the beginning as though you are measuring for a belt.  This is the Main measurement.  Next the length, measure from the neck to the butt, do not include the tail.
