Leash is available in 4 ft or 6 ft x 3/8 or 1".

A printable measuring tape is provided below, or you could use a string, mark it and lay it on a ruler. You should be able to place 2 fingers between the collar and your cat or dog. Check collar frequently to make sure they are not too tight.
