PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All transactions are processed via Secure Server using SSL encryption to scramble credit card informatio for your protection.
We are an online boutique and do not have a retail store. To keep our overhead low and keep our prices reasonable many items are shipped to you by the manufacturer, or third party. Most orders ship within 48 - 72 hours, however it is not unusual for a large order to ship within 5-10 business days. The minute your order is received we begin processing it! If any item is back ordered and/or no longer available, we will contact you via phone or e-mail to let you know your options. In some cases, your order may arrive in two or more shipments if some products are drop shipped from our vendors. Custom made items or large bulky items may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
FREE SHIPPING is for orders over $99. We ship UPS Ground or USPS 1st Class. If you need a signature, please advise us by stating that on your order, or emailing us. After an item is shipped we are no longer responsible for it, UPS, USPS or FedEx is the responsible party. We will obtain a tracking number at the time the item(s) are shipped.
For clothing and small items, we ship USPS or UPS, If you wish to have your items shipping USPS Priority or Express Mail, you must contact us for payment of the additional shipping fees involved and our guarantee is the guarantee offered by the USPS, Pup R Wear has no responsibility other than getting the package to the USPS and entered into their system.
The shipping and handling charges below are for clothing items/small items only. If you order heavier products, such as shampoos and conditioners, beds, tents, dog bowls and treat jars, strollers, carriers, furniture etc. there will be an additional shipping charges based on the actual shipping charges charged by the USPS. We will contact you if the shipping charges are over the shipping charges below. Alaska and Hawaii residents add an additional $2 - $4 depending on the weight of the item.
RETURNED or LOST PACKAGES
If an incorrect address was given to us, a shipment is refused or unclaimed, PupRwear,LLC cannot be held responsible. If the carrier returns a package to us for whatever the reason and we need to re-ship for any reason, the customer will be charged the all incurred shipping costs again in order to resend the items.
Note: we do not grant refunds for items that are lost in the mail or stolen after delivery or returned to sender, etc. Once the parcel leaves our hands the package becomes the United States Post Office, UPS, or Fedex's responsibility, we cannot guarantee or warranty any further after it is shipped. We are happy to provide any documentation that we have on your order's shipment. It is your responsibility to contact your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx location for assistance.

** FREE with the exception of large bulky/oversize items, the estimated shipping overage charge is stated with the item. We do not charge a handling fee, this is only charged if the manufacturer charges a handling fee. International orders are exempt from free shipping. We DO NOT ship Overnight on orders over $99, you will be responsible for shipping fees if you request Priority or Overnight shipping on orders over $99.
Over-sized Items - Our shipping cart is set up for the total dollar value of the items ordered. For Oversized Items, we have estimated the additional shipping and handling on each item. We have a wide selection of products and cannot estimate all of the product combination's possible.
Upon completion of your order, we will contact you with any additional shipping costs to your delivery zone. We will not ship your order until these additional shipping charges have been agreed to and paid for. We do not stock all of the items offered on our website so in some cases it may take a few days for us to get the actual shipping costs from the manufacturer.

If you order only over-sized items, you will receive credit for the standard shipping charges added to your shopping cart. If you order is a combination of other products in addition to over-sized items, in most cases we will ship all items together to save on shipping cost. You will be invoiced for the additional shipping charges prior to the shipping of your order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, Most of our items can be shipped internationally, we ship USPS Priority Express or the least expensive in the event of large oversized items. USPS Priority International is less expensive, however they do not provide tracking after the package leaves customs. Therefore, if you choose the less expensive shipping method, USPS Priority International we are not responsible for the items after it leaves Customs. USPS International Express is usually 3 - 5 business days, and USPS Priority Interantional is usually 6 - 10 business days. At Checkout choose Canada or International for additional postage. We will contact you on Large/Oversize items if additional shipping is required, prior to shipping. Please contact us before ordering so that we can get an estimate for you of what the actual shipping charges will be. Our cart does not charge shipping charges for any purchases over $99, the Free Shipping is not valid for International orders. We will add shipping after the order is received. If you pay with a credit card we will charge the card, if you paid via Paypal we will send a Paypal request. Your package will ship after shippin is paid.
Shipping charges are added to the shopping cart based on USA rates and for international orders, additional shipping charges are applicable, this includes APO/FPO addresses. Since it would be impossible for us to estimate these charges as they are based on shipping weight and destination, please contact us before ordering so that we can get an estimate for you of the additional shipping charges.
Pup R Wear has no responsibility other than getting the package to the USPS and entered into their system, you will be supplied the Customs Form Number or any other Tracking Number supplied by USPS. We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination you will be provided with the necessary proof of mailing numbers. Customers are responsible for any customs/tariff charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. Our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs/tariff charges. When ordering from outside of the US. Please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
