Adorable smocked empire black and white taffeta dress with beaded bodice, saddlestitch velvet satin bow with round rhinestone buckle. Fully lined in satin to keep the fur from matting. Buttons for closure. Single skirt, not underskirt tulle. D-ring at waist for leash attachment.
